The mountainside due east is called Remete mountain

The road name is Remete köz, it is a small very calm road (1500m long) on the mountainside east.

There is no traffic along this road,

The road on the top of the property is due north-south.

This is a very good neighbourhood with many large private houses in the Road.

The view south-east over the city part is called Obuda.

Nearby is Kiscelli Mansion, Becsi road, Eurocenter with many exclusive shops and stores, and Praktiker (large German coporation) for all building materials.

This part of the city is one of the most exclusive in Budapest

It takes 10 minutes in the car to get to the centre of the city.

Harmashatar mountain is 3 km to the west , where there is a good place for sport gliding

There is a nature reserve to the west side of the road where wild boar and deer live.

Der Blick geht hinunter zur „Arpad Brücke“ an der Donau.

Der Hang, „Remete Berg“.,Die Straße heißt „Remete köz“.Stadtteil „Obuda“.

Es ist eine kleine, sehr ruhige Straße(1500m lang)am Osthang des Hügels.

Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr in dieser Straße.

Die Straße auf der Oberseite des Grundstücks verläuft von Nord nach Süd.

Hier ist eine sehr gute Nachbarschaft mit großen, privaten Häusern in der Umgebung.

In der Nähe befindet sich „Schloß Kiscelli“, die „Becsi Straße“, das Eurocenter und viele exklusive Geschäfte. Ein Praktiker Markt ist auch in der Nähe.

Dieser Teil der Stadt ist einer der exklusivsten in Budapest.

In der Centrum ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten.

ca. 6 km westliche entfernt befindet sich der „Harmashatar Berg“, von dem aus man Paragliden kann.

Angrenzend zur Westseite der Straße befindet sich ein Naturreservat, in dem Wildschweine und Rotwild leben.hier ist Palvolgyi barlang.
